Hector Cabrera

Participated in various sports in high school ranging from Cross country, football and tennis to name a few. I served in the military for six years with an Air Force elite unit. Once I separated from active duty I enlisted in the Air Force Reserves where I am currently a Combat Arms instructor as well as a fitness and wellness coordinator. In 2004 while serving in Iraq I begun bodybuilding which eventually transitioned into simply becoming a weight lifter. I found Crossfit through the United States Border Patrol where I currently work full time as a Border Patrol Agent and collaterally coach at our federal Crossfit affiliate (Crossfit Secutor). My goal as a Crossfit coach is to inspire others to build a better self, find that fire that once drove you as a youth and ultimately tap into the athlete that lies within all of us.
