CrossFit

Our 70 minute CrossFit Classes are schedule to properly put you through a thorough warm-up, workout (strength and/or metcon) and cool-down. 

Open Gym


Open Gym is offered throughout the week to provide our members with an opportunity to perform any type of exercise workout they would like. Workouts or supplemental work does not have to be programmed by Troy CrossFit staff. 

Kids Area


Classes highlighted with a yellow star will have Child Sitting Services. The kids area will be open during the remainder of the day however parents are expected to monitor their child throughout the class and pick up after their child prior to departing.
