Starting off in the right direction is key and your KickStart Session will accomplish that for you. During this session you’ll sit down with a Troy Crossfit Coach to discuss your health and exercise history, layout your personal goals, and go through a simple movement assessment. We want to get to know you, learn what you want to accomplish and why, and find out what movement areas are strengths for you and where you may require extra attention. This will allow your coach to customize a plan for you to achieve your goals, in a realistic timeframe, while maintaining your health and safety. Think of this as the blueprint for your success at Troy.
