At Troy Crossfit, we understand that personal attention, when it comes to your movement patterns and your accessory programming, is extremely beneficial to results. All of our coaches are available for 1-on-1 training in 30-minute and 60-minute sessions. Whether you would like a personal plan to compliment your group training or you want to spend extra time developing a skill movement such as a muscle-up, we can provide you with the quality attention that you deserve.
