Our weightlifting class focuses on the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. These are two of the most technical lifts you will find but are essential to developing overall fitness because of the strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy required to complete each lift. You will be guided, by our team, through a series of progressions and lifts which over time will build your confidence, improve your mechanics, allow you to move more weight safely, and give you a great hour long workout. Whether you are looking to improve upon a 1-rep max or want to cycle lighter weights more efficiently in metcons, this class will help you do it.
Our weightlifting classes are on Wednesdays at 6:30pm & Saturdays at 8:00am. We also focus on weightlifting movements during our regular CrossFit classes. Our CrossFit memberships include access to all Weightlifting classes.
